Loft Conversion to a 1920’s Bungalow

This period bungalow in Craiglockhart has undergone an extensive refurbishment program on the ground floor and a Loft conversion on the first floor to create an en-suite bedroom.

The L shaped loft conversion required extensive structural modifications to clear out the existing timbers (as you can see in the photos of the existing loft)

A lovely big en suite bathroom and lots of storage.

There are big Velux windows to ensure the space has lots of natural light.

Overall a fantastic result and a lovely space for the clients to enjoy.
